Our patients are doing fine. Lucky is getting better and starting to eat again, although she’s pretty picky about the menu. I actually called the station for more information and they were very helpful. The receptionist said that she had received several calls about Mercy. I am hoping she finds a wonderful home.

I agree!! How can I adopt Mercy?? I have raised 4 German Shepherds and I currently own a part Lab/Akita dog who is friendly–I lost my last<br />german shepherd due to old age.

It’s gonna take awhile for Mercy’s remaining back leg to strengthen up for the extra weight, but she’s doing pretty good so far. Speaking of weight, right now she tops the scale at 45 lbs.
