The surgeons at Athens Veterinary Surgery Center inserted a pin in her rear leg to stabilize the growth plate fracture. After 8 days the bandage was taken off and she’s raring to go. Dr. recommends another week of crate rest and leash walking, then they’ll take another set of x-rays. Hope things will be ok to give Rosie a little more exercise in the coming weeks – it’s getting hard to keep this bouncy girl down!
