He’s been our foster dog for awhile, was heartworm positive when we first rescued him but his treatment is finished. He has that typical goofy Boxer personality and gets along with other dogs and cats</span><span class=”text_exposed_show” style=”background-color: white; color: #37404e; display: inline; font-family: ‘lucida grande’, tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 18px;”>. He wants to be your indoor pal – no tossing him in the backyard and leaving him alone. He’s polite and quiet, housebroken and will cross his legs for as long as necessary to keep from doing anything in the house or his kennel! He had a previous rear leg fracture that healed oddly, so he has a little “hitch” in his gait, but runs and plays like any normal dog. Duke is an older boy – about 6 years old, 55 lbs. and a spunky fun guy.
